The Hemphill County Regional Healthcare Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of the residents of Hemphill County, Texas, and the surrounding communities. As a supporting organization to Hemphill County Hospital District, we strive to assist those who are sick, injured, or disabled by meeting their healthcare needs.

Objectives
Health Education:
To promote and conduct educational activities related to healthcare, including offering health education to the public through the resources of Hemphill County Hospital District.
Capital Improvement:
To support fundraising efforts for the construction, expansion, and furnishing of facilities operated by Hemphill County Hospital District to meet the growing needs of the community.
Community Health Initiatives:
To engage in and support activities aimed at enhancing community health, including wellness programs and public health campaigns.
Operational Support:
To assist Hemphill County Hospital District in expanding its operations, ensuring the continued delivery of comprehensive healthcare services to meet the needs of Hemphill County and the surrounding region.
